Healthy Chocolate Cheesecake - Pots - Slimming World - Pudding - Valentine's Day - Low Syn

Healthy No Bake Chocolate Cheesecake Pots

Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and love is very much in the air! If you’re looking to impress (or be impressed!) on the 14th February without ruining your healthy eating then this is 100% the recipe for you! These Healthy No Bake Chocolate Cheesecake Pots are just 3.5 syns each and oh so chocolatey, so you won’t even know you’re eating something healthy, more importantly neither will your other half. Served up simply with a sprinkling of cocoa for decoration and some big fresh strawberries you really can’t go wrong!

I can highly recommend, whilst you still can, heading down to Poundland and picking up some of these adorable heart shaped pots. You get three for a pound (amazing right!) and they’re actually pretty big, certainly enough for a tasty pudding as part of your homemade Valentine’s Day menu…after all, you don’t want anything too heavy now do you!

Cheesecake is one of my favourite puddings and thankfully it’s pretty simple to eat a Slimming World friendly version without compromising on that cheesecake-y taste! For instance you can my my Syn Free No Bake Berry Cheesecake, my Almost Syn Free Apple Crumble Cheesecake, my Syn Free Strawberry Cheesecake Breakfast Bars and my Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats…can you tell I really love cheesecake yet?!?!

The base of these Healthy Chocolate Cheesecake Pots are made from Fibre One Brownie Bars (yes, the ones that everyone has gone mental over!) to add that extra chocolate layer to the recipe! If you can’t get your hands on them, because I don’t know, an angry hoard of Slimming World-ers tackles you when you try to take more than one box off the shelf, then you can of course substitute for traditional biscuit. If you do that, simply make sure to adapt the syn amounts to reflect whichever biscuit you use!

When all is said and done, I’m sure that one night off on Valentine’s Day for a meal out or to enjoy that tasty box of chocolates you mysteriously receive won’t do too much damage. However, and trust me I know this from personal experience, ‘just one day’ can often turn into ‘just one week’ and then ‘just one month’ and before you know it you’ve undone all of your hard work. If you’re staying in on Valentine’s Day for a cosy night together, or even with friends, and you want to keep the romance without falling off plan then there is no reason you can’t enjoy delicious food too! Don’t believe me? Check out this Low Syn Valentine’s Day Menu I’ve put together…

YUM! These look seriously tempting!! I do agree with you that it's better to find healthier ways to enjoy treats than to take a day off and go mad - and your menu looks amazing - I don't think anyone could feel deprived after that!! Thanks for linking it up to #CookBlogShare :-) Eb x

Thank you so much Eb! I do love a Valentine's Day in but I have a tendency to go for the chocolate cupboard so I'm hoping this year I can be a bit more sensible with my menu! x

Yum! I love a healthy version of a decadent dessert for Valentine's Day! I think your Heart dishes are adorable - I'm assuming Poundland is the equivalent of our Dollar Stores here in the US. Never know what gems you'll find there!

Hi do you have to syn the Brownies ? or syn the Philadelphia if not using as hea

You need to syn the brownie and the philadelphia needs to be synned too now unless you are going by the older Slimming World rules and using it as your HexA
