Williams Aged Sloe & Mulberry Gin

Christmas Gift Guide

Williams Aged Sloe & Mulberry Gin is inspired by decidedly British flavours. Williams GB Gin is blended with hand-picked Herefordshire sloe berries and tart, succulent mulberries, and aged for one year in oak casks at Chase distillery. Deep, rich sloe berries with sweet ripples of rosehip are immediate on the nose, followed by fresh notes of blackcurrant and redcurrant. A sticky mouthfeel with a clean tartness around the edges reveals big fiery, berry notes and an aftertaste of figs, chopped dates, prune and redcurrant jelly. Gloriously warming, try with bitter lemon, serve neat as an accompaniment to a cheese board or as an Autumnal G&T. It’s also a great addition to mulled wine, garnished with orange and star anise.
