Easy 10 Minute Chicken Pasta Salad – Step by Step Instructions
You really don’t get more simple than this delicious Syn Free Pasta Salad, but to make it that bit more simple here are the step by step instructions and pictures to get you started! Scroll to the end of the post for the ingredients list and simple printable recipe.
Step One
Cook your pasta as per packet instructions.
Step Two
Meanwhile, fry your chopped chicken breast with two teaspoons of mixed herbs, one tablespoon of lemon juice, salt and pepper (to your taste). Set aside until needed once it is cooked through and the chicken has a good colour to it.
Step Three
Chop the orange pepper, tomato and cucumber into small pieces and slice the cherry tomatoes into quarters. Finely chop the parsley.
Step Four
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and mix it together with the chopped vegetables.
Step Five
Add two teaspoons of mixed herbs, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, a pinch of pepper and the parsley and mix until combined.
Step Six
Add in the chopped salad cheese (feta) and the chicken. Combine.
Step Seven
In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt, a pinch of mixed herbs, the rest of the lemon juice and a pinch of salt and pepper until combined. Set aside to add to the salad as desired.
Step Eight
Serve up your salad with a drizzle of dressing (or not if you prefer) and a crack of pepper!

Ingredients
- 200g Pasta (shape of your choice)
- 130g Reduced Fat Feta/Greek Style Salad Cheese
- 1x Orange Pepper

- 1x Salad Tomato
- 8-10 Cherry Tomatoes
- Handful Parsley (finely chopped)
