Anyone who knows me knows that I LOVE a Slimming World cheesecake and this Low Syn Chocolate & Caramel Cheesecake is the latest in a long line of healthy cheesecake recipes you’ll find on my blog.

If you feel in the mood for something sweet but don’t want to go over your daily syn allowance, then this low syn cheesecake is the perfect choice. It combines a variety of tasty low syn ingredients to make a tasty pudding that can be enjoyed well within the Slimming World plan.
The best part is that you can whip this up in just 5 minutes, which means when those sweet cravings do hit you don’t have to give in to unhealthy, high syn treats. Instead you can make one of these, or you could even have some meal prepped in the fridge for when temptation hits!

Step by Step Instructions
Ready in just five minutes, you only need a few simple ingredients and absolutely no skill whatsoever to make this healthy cheesecake! It’s one of those recipes that just about anyone could make in their sleep, so anyone can use it to fight their sweet tooth on Slimming World.
Step One
Crumble one Light Rich Tea Biscuit into the bottom of a glass or tumbler.
Step Two
Combine the yogurt, cream cheese, sweetener and one teaspoon of caramel sauce and mix until smooth.
Step Three
Drizzle one teaspoon of Sweet Freedom Choc Shot around the edge of your glass and then layer in the cream cheese mixture.
Top with more Choc Shot and the rest of the Clarks Caramel Sauce.
