Growing up I don’t think I was very aware of Iceland (the shop, not the country…my geography isn’t that bad!). From the little I knew it only sold frozen food, and not good frozen food at that! Well, now that I’m all grown up I’m not ashamed to admit that I couldn’t have been more wrong!
