Gooey Chocolate and Cherry Brownies

Everyone loves brownies. Fact! At least anyone worth knowing 😉

Here’s my recipe for gooey chocolate brownies with a cherry on top! I like to experiment with different combinations of ingredients, and I’m a big fan of Golden Syrup so I simply switched out some of the sugar I’d usually have used for brownies and replaced it with what I decided was a fair amount of Golden Syrup. To put it simply they were pretty epic! Not too sweet, not too bitter and the syrup really comes through in the taste.
