This is going to be a quick one, as I’m off on holiday tomorrow for a few days and should probably get to bed!
Monday was my first weigh in with Slimming World! I had been trying so hard all week, I had barely Syned, had drunk plenty of water and had tracked all of my food but I still had no idea what to expect when I got on those scales!
I’m not going to go into too much depth about group this week (it was brilliant!) but just wanted to share one very important piece of information before I head off on holiday….
I’m so thrilled at my first week’s weight loss! To me it just proves that my body doesn’t want to be the size it is. I’m by no means expecting this weight loss every week but it was such a huge motivation to achieve this in week one. For anyone out there who may be thinking about joining Slimming World, but isn’t sure it’s right for you all I can say is please give it a go! That first week might just make you feel as good as mine did for me!
As I said, I’m off on holiday for a few days so I’ve set myself a weight loss goal of 3Llbs for this week…I’m going to be as good as physically possible whilst away! I don’t think I’m going to have too much trouble with my ‘Syns’ it’s more that I won’t be able to stick to entirely lean meats, no oil etc… but we shall see and I’ll keep you posted!
