Healthy 1 Syn Pancakes

If you’re on Slimming World, or just fancy a healthier version of your favourite pancakes then this recipe is for you. Made with just three ingredients these are delicious and healthy, making them an ideal breakfast, pudding or sweet treat! I’m not going to lie, I ate the entire batch of these pancakes without a smidge of guilt, how often can you say that when you’ve eaten a stack of pancakes?!?

Healthy Banana Pancakes

Fluffy pancakes for just 1 syn each!

  • 1x Banana
  • 2x Eggs
  • 1tbsp Plain Flour
  • Fry Light


  1. Blend all of the ingredients together (if you don't have a blender then mash the banana and whisk everything together).
  2. Spray a frying pan with Fry Light and set over a medium heat.
  3. Pour the pancake mixture into the frying pan as you would for regular pancakes and flip once each side is cooked.
  4. Top with fresh fruit and whichever sweet toppings you fancy, such as honey or cocoa.


This batch is 6 syns in total, it makes between 6 and 8 medium sized pancakes. Divide 6 by the number of pancakes you make to work out the syn value, however making 6 they are 1 syn each.

    Thanks for the recipe. I’m confused, how is the whole batch 6 syns if you only use one tbsp of plain flour, which is 2 syns, and the other ingredients are free?
