A Slimming World Friendly Breakfast Recipe

Not only are these Healthy Meal Prep Chocolate & Banana Breakfast Bars a super healthy breakfast in their own right, they’re also totally Slimming World friendly! You’d never guess it though with how much of a chocolate fix they give you.

Each bar is just 2 syns plus half of your Healthy Extra B for the day! Not a half bad for something that tastes like chocolate cake…

The syn values work out as follows:

  • 160g Porridge Oats – 4x HexB
  • 90g Medjool Dates – 2x HexB
  • 250g Banana – 7.5syns
  • 2tbsp Cocoa Powder – 5 syns
  • 2tbsp Honey – 5 syns

That works out at 22.5 syns plus six Healthy Extra B for the whole batch of 12 breakfast bars. When divided between the 12 bars that works out at just under 2 syns per bar (I’ve rounded up to help you protect your weight loss) plus half of your Healthy Extra B.
