‘P’ Foods Shopping List
Recently I put together a list of all the Slimming World ‘Speed Foods’ which proved very useful to a lot of people, so I thought I’d follow it up with one for all of the ‘P’ or Protein foods on the plan.
Very simply these are all of the meats, fish, dairy and beans that have enough protein to be given the prestigeous ‘P’ symbol by Slimming World. Protein is essential when trying to slim down, and even more so if you’re trying to build muscle at the same time. So filling up your plate with plenty of foods which are high in protein is a good start and an essential part of the Slimming World plan.
PLEASE NOTE:
Due to new changes to the Slimming World plan which came into effect in December 2018 the following foods are no longer P foods:
- baked beans
- broad beans
- mung beans
- all varieties of peas (except split peas)
