I am forever looking up which foods are speed and which aren’t when I’m planning my meals, and it gets boring! So I decided to pull this list together using my book and the internet, for all of those people who like me forget to take their book with them, or perhaps are doing Slimming World from home and don’t have all of the resources that you do in group.
This list covers speed foods specifically, not just free foods, and I’m sure there are some which aren’t on there…it should give you a pretty good idea though! There are lots of other fruit and veg which you can eat to your hearts content on Slimming World, like banana for example, but these foods are the speed ones which means they can be eaten on an SP day, and they’re the ones that Slimming World recommends filling up at least 1/3 of your plate with! You can download the list to your phone, tablet or computer in the link below and you could even print this to take to the shops with you if you don’t like walking around on your phone! Alternatively you can simply using the images below, it’s totally up to you!
