I’ve been meaning to do this for ages! I write my own meal plans every week (or at least as often as I can!) but until now I hadn’t got around to setting it up for you guys to download and follow. This is a pretty standard week for me, although I have included two SP days in this (as I’m really going to need them after the disaster that this week has been!). If you don’t want to do SP then please just add in some pasta, rice and potatoes and take out one of the HexB options …if you’re not sure about SP then this guide might help you!
What I also haven’t done in this plan is tell you where to use all of your syns, because realistically everyone likes different things! Some of the recipes that are linked to in the plan do include syns though, so keep an eye on that and then just add on whatever you fancy in addition to the meals and snacks below to make up your 5-15 syns every day.
For each day I have included a breakfast, lunch and dinner (most are for one person, unless they’re the larger recipes, so just double up if there’s two of you!), as well as two snack options, your HexA and HexB choices are also included and marked. Some of these link to previous recipes I’ve made and blogged about on here, one or two are Slimming World recipes, and the rest explain how to make them on the plan. Don’t feel like you need to eat both snacks, but similarly don’t be afraid of filling yourself up on free foods in between meals! I’m a hungry person so I need a mid morning and a mid afternoon snack, but just do whatever works for you.
You can download this meal plan one of two ways…either using the link below which will allow you to download it as a PDF or save it to your iBooks app (if using an iPhone!)…alternatively each of the days in the images below is a separate image so you can just save them to your phone like that. It’s totally up to you! The only thing to note is that the PDF/downloadable version links to the recipes mentioned when you click on them, whereas if you save the images you’ll need to follow the links underneath each ones.
