Budget Slimming World Meal Plan

Whether you’re just joining Slimming World, or you’re an old hat at the plan, having a meal plan to follow (or just use for inspiration) can be a great help when kick-starting your weight loss! This Budget Slimming World Meal Plan is the latest one that I’ve put together, and it’s the perfect way to start the new year off in the most healthy way possible without breaking the bank. I’ve uses meal prep principles to help keep your costs down, and you’ll even have plenty of food in the freezer to use the week after too!

Budget Slimming World Meal Plan

Below you’ll find breakfast, lunch and dinner for seven days as well as some suggestions for puddings that you can enjoy. Where syns or healthy extras have been used I’ve noted it, but you’ll need to make sure you’re building in your 5-15 syns per day, as well as your Healthy Extras if they haven’t been included in the days below. 

Where possible I’ve included meal prep recipes to help you save money, but I’ve also kept it varied and exciting so that you don’t get bored! The meal prep is where this Budget Slimming World Meal Plan helps you to save and you can find even more meal prep recipes here. By making batches of food that can be eaten over a few days, not only are you reducing food waste and keeping costs down but you’re also making sure that you have syn free or low syn food in the fridge to keep you on track! 

I’ve also made sure that weekday breakfast and lunch recipes are suitable to eat at home or in the office, so wherever you spend your lunchtime you’ll be able to enjoy a Slimming World friendly meal without any fuss. Monday 

Breakfast: 3x Make Ahead Bacon Cheese & Veg Breakfast Muffins – syn free + Healthy Extra A

Lunch: Chunky Winter Vegetable & Rice Soup – syn free (make on Sunday)

Dinner: No Waste One Pan Gammon & Bean Bake – syn free

Tuesday

Breakfast: 3x Make Ahead Bacon Cheese & Veg Breakfast Muffins – syn free + Healthy Extra A

Lunch: Easy Peasy Low Carb Chilli Chicken – syn free (make on Monday night and separate two portions to use this week. Freeze excess food for next week)

Dinner: Gammon & Three Bean Frittata with extra veg– syn free (using the leftovers from Monday night’s Gammon & Bean Bake)

Wednesday

Breakfast: Porridge with Fresh Berries – 1 syn (for sweetener) + Healthy Extra B

Lunch: Chunky Winter Vegetable & Rice Soup – syn free (freeze any leftover soup for another week) 

Dinner: Best Ever Homemade Healthy Swedish Meatballs – 1.5 syns when split between two servings

Thursday

Breakfast: 1x Healthy No Bake Meal Prep Breakfast Bar with fresh fruit – Healthy Extra B + 1.5 syns (the recipe makes more than you need, so keep out two and freeze the rest for another week)

Lunch: Easy Peasy Low Carb Chilli Chicken – syn free

Dinner: Best Ever Syn Free Tuna Pasta Bake – syn free + Healthy Extra A

Friday

Breakfast: 1x Healthy No Bake Meal Prep Breakfast Bar with fresh fruit – Healthy Extra B + 1.5 syns

Lunch: Easy Peasy 10 Minute Chilli & Prawn Linguine – syn free (make on Thursday night and reheat in the microwave if enjoying this meal in the office)

Dinner: Slimming World KFC Double Down Burger Fakeaway – 1 syn + Healthy Extra A

Breakfast: Low Carb Breakfast Burger – syn free + 1/2 Healthy Extra A 

Lunch: Thai Noodle Salad with Chilli, Ginger & Lime Salmon – 2 syns 

Dinner: Low Syn Sticky Orange Chicken – 1.5 syns per serving

Breakfast: Low Syn Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bake – 1.5 syns + Healthy Extra B

Lunch: Sunday Roast with my Best Ever Lemon & Herb Roast Chicken, syn free roast potatoes and vegetables.

Dinner: Easy Peasy Syn Free Fish & Chips – syn free
