Before reading on, please note that this is a mix of syn free and low syn recipes and that you will need to build in your healthy extras and syns if they are not already included. You can do this with snacks or by adding things to the meals below as side dishes or desserts!

Some might use your healthy extras where your meals haven’t, and some might help add a few syns to your day to make sure you’re losing weight in the healthiest way possible. Don’t forget that even if you follow my Seven Day Slimming World Meal Plan to the letter, you will still need to make up your syns and healthy extras where they haven’t been included!
Snacking on fresh fruit, cooked meat, or boiled eggs is also a great way to help you stay full between meals and avoid unhealthy and off-plan mistakes!
