Seven Day Slimming World Meal Plan

One of the most helpful things that you can ever do on Slimming World, or any healthy eating plan for that matter, is to plan your week in advance. To that end, here is my latest Seven Day Slimming World Meal Plan to get you back on track and give you inspiration! Before reading on, please note that this is a mix of syn free and low syn recipes and that you will need to build in your healthy extras and syns if they are not already included. You can do this with snacks or by adding things to the meals below as side dishes or desserts!

    09/01/2018 at 10:05 am I have a problem with Drinks. I don'tike water dilute juice or fizzy pop lm really heavy on milk 6ciffees @250mks per day plus mugs of tea. Looking for help and advice on fluids.

You can make homemade crisps, however technically you'd have to syn them as a 'tweak' and some people find that they impact their weight loss. I've always snacked on protein foods, like boiled eggs, ham and chicken, but I know that's not everyone's taste!
